GMG has successfully conducted three startup mentoring programs over last three years, under the umbrella of GMG Innovation Academy (GMGIA) mentoring over 100 start ups through Garje Marathi’s Global SME network and successful serial entrepreneurs. Top 5 finalist’s startups from the Amrut cohort a cash prize of Rs.1 Lac each and 6 participant companies also managed to seek funding from global investors who are part of GMG community.
Continuing the success stories, GMG is pleased to now announce launch a “GMG Startup Accelerator 2023” mentoring program.
GMG Startups Accelerator Cohort is for startups which have finalised their products, solutions, and services and this is not for very early stage (Idea Stage) startup entrepreneurs. The minimum entry criteria for the startups to get enrolled in this program are as follows.
- Startups must have completed the MVP of their product or solutions OR
- Startups have completed MVP and are doing pilots of their products with pilot customers OR
- Those who have early revenue traction for their startups OR
- Startups who have received the government funding from DST, NIDHI, EIR, PRAYAS, SSP, Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS) or MeITy schemes will get added advantage for their selection for the cohort.
- The cohort is sector agnostic, so startups from any of the sectors can apply.

Startups who get selected for this cohort will be benefited in the following areas:
- Reviews and refinement of fundamental startup concepts like Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition Framework, Customer Discovery (including customer journey), customer profiling, Market sizing, Go To Market Strategy, Financial perspectives for startups (including Unit Economics, Valuations), Effective pitching, Pitch decks and pitch video preparations and Demo day (Investor connect) in the form of presentations, videos and one to one sessions.
- Mentoring from global experts who either has been a successful entrepreneur or who has been a high achiever professional. Each startup will be mapped with 2 dedicated mentors of GMG. The startups will get mentoring, advisory and guidance from these mentors during and after the cohort for entire year. They will become members of GMG automatically and will have access to other GMG mentors and experts.

- Networking and providing access to at least one marquee customer
